I won't consider it a sleeper. Its been hyped for a long time now and is expected to be one of the top games of this year. A sleeper would be a game like Demon Souls that just popped up out of nowhere and caught everybody by surprise.

Definetly checking for that Batman sequel...but it comes out in 2011 from what I can gather, and there's not much info on it. Still hyped
