In Kendrick, I see Nas (the storytelling, creativity, versatility)+ Pac (the poet/emotion)+ 3K (the musicality)+ Em (lyricism, voice/pitch changes, annoying at times) with the West Coast soundscape. Kendrick has the ability and potential to be a legend. The next couple of albums will determine that.

For free was absolute trash.

Ill never make it through that track.

I see what he was going for i guess but the execution was ass.

Some of the tracks on this album really don't make sense to me.

Especially that For Free? track.

for free is a interlude not a actual song lmao. have you ever been to a spoken word event it makes perfect sense. its about now that he has money he has a flock of women chasing after him which is saying my dick aint free which means bitch did you want me when i was broke why you want me now. which is why the next song is king kuntra where he is saying bitch where were you when i was walking.

I appreciate what he's doing. It just sounds horrible to me.

That type of spoken word may not be for you, i understand it and love spoken word i'm not going to blame it on your race its something thats take a minute to understand.

I get what he's saying. Just not what I like to hear on a rap album. It's an annoying track whether it's spoken word or not.

I really was hoping that was Dre. Lol at when MTV asked whomever it was, who was LoveDragon and that person said "I can't say but when they are ready they'll let you know" ain't nobody care that Top Dawg is a fuckin LoveDragon.

It was XXL. That's what's baffling about it though. Both tracks have the same 4 writers (3 if we take out Kendrick). Sounwave, whom they were interviewing, was a co-writer on one of the LD tracks as well.
