I'm sorry to say it, but I'm really not feeling it. I'm disappointed as hell because I was really looking forward to it too. Kendrick is strong with the lyrics, and the concept running through the album is dope. But the beats just don't do it for me. I sat there waiting for something to grab me and nothing ever did. I liked about four songs on the album, and even those were just decent. Nothing grabbed me. I'm going to have to listen again, but right now I don't think I'll even buy this.

I support artists I like man, so this hurts me cause I do like K Dot, and I tried, but even after three listens I just don't like it.

It's crazy because albums like Age Against the Machine and A Better Tomorrow were disappointing to me, but I still liked them enough to buy them. But this one just doesn't do it for me. I like four songs and the concept of the album. That's not enough to justify buying the album.
