I think from what it appears Ye is being petty and the contract most likely had a video component to it. If this is the case Ye is dumb as hell especially if he has debt. While i still wont sign up for tidal i respect the fact Jay gave this nigga money to help him but it appears kanye went crazy and didn't fill the contractual needs. Even worse he was crying on twitter of shit he should have talked about behind closed doors regarding the tidal/apple dispute over pablo last year.

If the contract said he had to put out videos to get the bonus then he should have dropped 3 bum ass videos and got his check. I get TLOP got a huge boost for Tidal. But if you blindly sign with your friend and don't read the contract that's on you.

I think a streaming exclusive deal with Tidal was never a smart move for Kanye who months into it was mad Tidal and apple couldn't agree on certain negotiations.
