No he didn't. Dame has plenty interviews saying he signed Kanye so he could keep his beats for Rocafella artists and at most planned on letting Ye have a couple verses on a compilation album. That's why Kanye had to pay for and shoot Thru The Wire on his own.

Whatever they name it will just be 'the new karma loop' to fans. It just doesnt make swnse. Karma Loop's angle was they are like a warehouse of the skateboard-urban clothing. If you're gonna go in a new direction from that why you buyin them? Existing fans will be alienated. If you're gonna stay with that angle, what are they gomna bring that they didnt already have

I dissagree, it's not a brand--its an online marketplace. Its a medium for people to purchase clothing that has a built in customer base, and Kanye's presence should just create a larger aggregate sum of customers. A lot of their vendors did back out, and the place is a mess, but I don't think it'd be that difficult for them to fix.
