Isnt it majority black? So like I said his statement isnt far off. Now I agree if you makin more money that can change your situation but thats cuz you have the finances to do work on your own. The EXACT same levies got put up after the old ones failed. Meaning next hurricane like Katrina they goin down again. Gov't may or may not have administered aids. WHo knows?
