still tripping out about his voice. It kinda sounds like he's using auto-tune like Future and T-Pain but it's his actual voice.

Static Major Look What You've Done

And check out Justin Timberlake hitting these high notes sounding like Luther but at around the 1:28 mark his microphone lowers and his mouth closes but there's still singing.

Static Major and Justin's syncopation of 'nooo' sounds alike

at 1:38 ya'll ain't ready nooo

Justin End of Time @ 1:52

I had that Playa cd back in the day, "Cheers To You" was the song I got my first dance to at a school dance, I remember her name and everything Eboni Pippin damn!

R.I.P. to Static Major dude was underrated and helped Lil Wayne get his first commercial crossover hit with "Lollipop"

The only real link between Static and JT is the fact that they both worked with Timbaland. A lot of JT's more R&B influenced, Timbo produced songs sound like updated versions of what Tim was doing with Ginuwine (who Static often wrote for when Timbo was producing Ginuwine's albums). It's only natural. It's not really a bite as much as it is an influence.

I remember this, my dad played this shit heavy in 98-99.. The was a nice album, those dudes were singing for real on there.

But I was reading this article about Static and they said he influenced so many people's styles. His people were breaking down everything about these new singers and saying that Static was doing the same shit years ago.
