I saw this same report in the NY post earlier. I hope they don't acquit.

Interesting. I want believe they'll indict but part of me thinks this is politically orchestrated. Hilary is about to become president. If the DOJ announced no indictment during the election niggaz will feel angry & most likely say "fuck a vote". It makes the whole system look bad. They'll probably announce this bullshit right after Hilary gets elected. Watch

NYPD already gave the cac pig who murdered Eric Garner a huge raise (muhfucka making 6 figures now).

This administration has been a resounding disappointment in their handling of police brutality.

Multiple DOJ "investigations", zero convictions. All done to placate angry black men.

Obama selling "hope", and all we get is "nope."

His defense is moot. He claims that he didn't mean to choke Garner. The victim had said he could not breathe, though. Despite this the officer did not release Garner from the hold. He kept it in despite being told he was choking him.

If I recall correctly there were also bystanders saying that Eric Garner had asthma. In the face of this information he again decided to keep the victim in the hold. He can't claim he didn't mean to when he kept doing it even when he was made aware he was killing him. He just didn't give a shit.
