Goblin is stronger and smarter than bats but loses or matches up with Spidey. Real talk Venom is better than Goblin and matches up with Spidey too.

batman is a trained assassin word to david cain what is norman osbourne a fucking scientist. So who is gonna match up better a trained assassin who has all types of martial arts training,is an olympic level gymnast, and over all great tactician . also he has a history of being able to disable meta humans even with limited prep. So I'm chosing him over spider man . Spider man is not invulnerable, he still feels pain , he still has to breathe air etc etc . and fighting is not the same as be knowledgeable about dna/rna and fucking around with test tubes and beakers.

I wouldn't use Marvel vs DC as a reference since it was fan voted, but in that issue, you see Cap's superiority..Bats would hit him, he'd turn his head..Cap punches Bats and he goes flying..the majority of that fight Batman hid in the shadows..what does that say about Cap? In JLA/Avengers, he basically admitted Cap would beat him..DC will not allow their boys (Supes/Bats) to get that ass handed to them on that stage..Batman can't tire Cap out..his stamina is enhanced due to the serum

Bats can beat DC capes because he has studied them and knows how to defeat them. He don't know jack about Spidey and would be caught off guard when he throws his first punch and Spider-Man just moves to the left. Spider-Man is faster, stronger, and is just as if not smarter, than Batman. Hell, Spidey even has his Spider Fu now, so I don't see how anybody could logically say Bruce could beat Peter. I understand if you are just a fan of Batman, but common sense says Spidey wins everytime.

Spidey beats Batman easily based off 2 factors he has superhuman strength from the spider that bit him and he has spidey-sense. All that hiding in the shadows wouldn't work for Batman as Spider-Man would be prepared for every move that Batman comes at him with. This is a no-brainer.
