I have to go with Budden. Jada isn't even the best out of his crew. I like Jada, but it's only on mixtapes. I mess with Budden all around. His albums are dope & his mixtapes are bangers. Jada has star quality, but he always seems to hold back on his albums.

I strongly disagree.

Style might be dope, but Jada haven't dropped a whack verse in 10 years.
If we're talking pure rapping skills, Jada have to be up there.

Jada's verses are consistent, and his pen game is highly respected in Hip Hop.
Like i said before, he's worked with Nas, Jay-Z, EM and rocked with Biggie.

His albums are underrated, and he has a lot of slept on classics.
Jada dont get the credit he deserves, and by him stepping up and announcing his TOP 5 position, is actually understandable.
That is, if we're talking about purely rapping.

Its kinda disrespectful comparing him to Wayne, especially when he put in major work to say it.
Waynes "Best Rapper Alive", was more of a mindset for Wayne, and it was obvious he was trying to draw attention.
As for Kiss, He been saying this since 2003, and i haven't heard anything yet to take that away from him

His consistency as a rapper, and longivity speaks for its self.
