I think this is a party, like a club type of thing. He paid some of these girls to come their and got camera people around to take footage. For all the money spent on making the pool party, he charged 500. Them hoes ain't cheep.

The girls have a good time and get paid for it. Not saying all of them got paid cause that nigga Joe gets hoes but some of them were paid.
