This has great potential but I never trust network programing. It will probably start off with a good 2 hour series premiere and then gradually fall off from there.

looks good but lke Malice said, NBC will mess it up

and yes, I agree lamontbdc, NBC killed Heroes, that show had so much potential

oh god!!! its a series on NBC. FUCK!! i didnt even read the full title. jus saw Gus, JJ and villian and assumed it was a movie. till i saw the NBC logo....sad face.

i will never forgive NBC after 'persons unkown.'

o well. Gus in it, so count me in

I'm 100% with ya'll on the "wish this was cable" tip, there hasn't been a must-watch network TV show for me since 24.

But Jon Favreau directed the pilot. C'mon now, its 2012, even wack shows be having fantastic pilots that feel like movies nowdays. coughwalkingdeadcough

I was thinking about a zombie/mad max/apocalyptic type show..

Dat zombie/nuclear shit is played out. This is a more original collapse-of-civilization concept, because if you just take away electricity...EVERYTHING else really does crumble. And thanks to solar flares, the shit IS theorhetically possible, much more so than a zombie virus or radiation turning rats into giant monsters. Hell, setting off a EMP bomb in Manhattan alone would ether the world economy.

I aint watchin this shit off top

im gonna wait about six weeks,

torrent the show,

then watch the episodes from the there

not gonna have me waiting week after week and watchin a show get weaker and weaker

word to tera nova on fox

I'll give it a peak.

As for Tera Nova, it started off interesting.

Then turned to crap on some family values, and family is what's important shit. Plus the series was focused on that dumbass angst filled teenage boy. "Oh hey, we know there are large carnivorous beast outside that will tear us apart, but lets go get drunk in the middle of the forest just because."

It got better the last few episodes though, so I hope it gets a season 2.

Too expensive. As soon as viewership falls below Seinfeld/Friends numbers, they won't be able to charge top advertising dollar to keep up the budget, then it'll be cancelled. It's the same reason I don't fuck with big budget TV shows on Fox.

Looks dope though.
