If the other convictions were based off the testimonies of the same witnesses then he has a great chance of getting those convictions

over-turned as well, because if those witnesses testimonies weren't credible in one case then how can they be credible in the others..

Regardless what judge presides over the case,

It's their duty to look at the facts, and the facts are that the witnesses were proven to lie under oath and gave false testimonies..

The lawyer can argue that those witnesses made a mockery of the court..

However, I don't think it was wise for Henchman to throw shots at the District Attorney, cause most DA's are very determined and will keep persuing you until they bury you..
