why yall memory be so selective and like someone said, clearly yall picked sides already...

Jim simply expresses himself in a different way to Cam, don´t make it any truer, all this copyrighting shit, Jim should have been straightup, he running with the brand ´Dipset´Byrdgang, with the eagle, clearly trying to cake from the association and branding, then actin like it´s just another nickname, he should have been straight up, since it was only a nickname as he claims, there is absolutely nothing wrong with Cam trademarking and protecting his brand, before anyone else owned the trademark, shyt fif or any of us could have trademarked it as it wasn´t registered!

And funny, that niggas also never ask Jim or forget that move that he made by showing up on stage with Fif, and publicly announcing7stating that Cam on punishment, SMH! Let´s also not forget about the fake beef he was trying to orchestrate before all of this shit, which Cam wasn´t with, clearly he was plotting, but Cam was 10 steps ahead of him, he tried to play the game. but was up against someone that had a better business acumen...

Funny how yall conveniently forget this shit, foh

its not like Jim created Purple City Byrdgand....even though that was a snake move by Cam.....werent Purple City Birdgang some drug dealing niggas from the East side of Harlem in the 80s

I loved the dipset anthem or whatever the song was where I really mean it was featured at the very end of the video for a few secs. That little segment of I really mean it is what made me buy the album though haha. I loved that song and played it for an entire summer when I was a kid.

Yeah the video you're referring to is Dipset Anthem.

Here's another version of the song. It came out on a white label bootleg vinyl. It was right after Nas dissed Cam'ron on Power 105. It starts off with Jim Jones talking shit saying he'll smack Nas's Kufi. Then the Hate Me Now beat drops, then the beat from Jay-Z's Show You How To Do This drops, then it goes into I Really Mean It.

To me, this is the most dope thing about hiphop. We hear the songs and her the stories and rumors second hand. But when a nigga get older and in a good space and u get it delivered from their perspective like this. Its like hearing emmit smith describe his shoulder cracking in the super bowl vs Denver. Good shit, even prodigy's book as grandiose as he makes himself was a good read.

Prodigy is a legend though, Jim Jones on the other hand...
