And its not just 50, Cam and Juelz had a couple of hits when they were on The Roc but when they went indie the hits dried up.
It makes you wonder if they were backed by ghostwriters to help them make the hits.
It's the machine... They get the music to the appropriate outlets.. The marketing.. The rollout.. When you're indie it doesn't feel as big.. That extra sauce is what gets the masses to gravitate toward you, your music, and your movement..
It isn't the only way to be successful.. But if you want to get to Drake status.. You need that machine..
Don't you think part of the machine is ghostwriters?
I mean a guy who's in the studio helping you come up with ideas, not writing actual verses, but just a lil help here and there.
