Thank you. This is a point I always make when people argue integration was a bad thing. Yeah, the black community was more unified at that point and probably had more prosperous mostly black communities. But people tend to forget that when white people got tired of seeing blacks thrive, they could literally wipe those communities off the face of the earth and face no consequences. How many times has that been done since the Civil Acts Bill was signed? The problem isn't integration. The problem is us.

I honestly believe the worst thing to ever happen to the black community is the end of segregation and the Brown vs Board of Education. It basically forced blacks to assimilate lose our culture. The school system is on some white supremacist shit imo. It teaches blacks how to be inferior. It doesn't give a full perspective of world history and all the shit blacks and other minorities have achieved. Just that we were slaves and inferior. smh
