Nah, a coach gotta handle shit like that. These players gotta realize tha they're always expendable -- and that's the truth. Vince Young ain't Jordan, Barry or Deion Sanders or any other legendary athlete that comes once in a lifetime. He's just Vince Young. There's 4 QBs in College RIGHT NOW that are like him and better than him -- so there's no reason a franchise should put up with that ish.
