Nicka he threw his shoulder pads in the stands...LOL

Fisher confirmed that he will not regain the job when healthy. According to the Nashville Tennessean, Young "left LP Field abruptly" after the loss, threw his shoulder pads into the stands, and had safety Michael Griffin "chasin' after him." Fisher told reporters that there were "no excuses" for Young's behavior after the game. The Titans will go with rookie Rusty Smith until Kerry Collins (calf) gets back. Collins is also out indefinitely

Fisher said that Young has lost his job and that there are sone things that have to be worked through. Fisher said he was told Young threw his shoulder pads and jersey into the stands before leaving the field and that Young said something to him after the game that will be kept private.

Young, whose third-quarter departure was cheered by the Titans fans on hand, dressed quickly and rapidly walked from the locker room and out of LP Field before speaking with the media.

Fisher: Vince Young is no longer the Titans starting quarterback

Posted by Gregg Rosenthal on November 21, 2010, 5:06 PM EST

Titans coach Jeff Fisher has seen enough. Vince Young is through as his starting quarterback after another post-game meltdown.[/B

Young hurt his thumb during the second half and did not return despite being seen on the sideline line warming up. Rusty Smith closed out the contest in a 19-16 overtime loss to the Redskins. Fisher said Young has lost his job regardless of his thumb injury.

As Young was leaving LP Field, Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean reports Young threw his shoulder pads into the stands as he left the field. Minutes later, he left the locker room in street clothes.

“Safety Michael Griffin, wearing only a pair of shorts, ran out of the locker room and chased Young up a ramp to the players’ parking lot, but was unable to catch him,” Wyatt writes.

Young faced a lot of boos from the home crowd on Sunday, something he has struggled dealing with in the past. He waved to the fans at one point, as if to ask for more. Fisher was visibly upset with Young after the game.

Young’s immediate and long-term future in Tennessee will come under focus after this incident. He’s one of the highest paid quarterbacks in football, and is due $12.75 million next season, including a $4.25 million roster bonus.

Eagles are gonna franchise him, they aint letting him go. As for Young, Fisher never liked him to begin with, even though Young saved his overrated ass from getting fired.

3) Who woulda thought, that Mario Williams would be the most model NFL player/citizen of their draft class
