What is also funny is how Jay has glorified selling drugs for his whole career, I wonder how many of these drug dealers in jail have listened to his fantasy drug raps and thought that shit was cool, not so cool now huh, drug laws are crazy as fuck in America tho, the system is crazy and needs to change.
Not the biggest Jay fan but props for doing something more with his fame. Some might say glamorised it, but if you really analyse his music, he more so reported his journey, his lifestyle, his hustling days, his means to an end as a young, Blackman in America. It's funny how Jay becoming more Nas like with the message, Nas becoming more Jay like with his business ventures. The Money and The Message.
