We're talking flow.. Strictly flow.. Not better artist or rapper, you can have a better flow and still be a better artist and rapper since its only one of many aspects, but I respect peoples differing opinion.

So everyone just forgets Jay's flow on Ha remix. I never heard Luda do that. He makes some horrible songs but the flow always there.

I get what the t/s is gettin at...but I think flow is the wrong tthing.

I think Luda has maybe more charisma than Jay and a lot of the time makes better songs....but jay is all flow. That might be his strongest trait as an mc.

Lyrics Jay, flow delivery and set up Ludacris... Jay Z is annoying when he does flow heavy raps like on MCHG or WTT

But Ludacris is boring when he does introspective raps like on Release Therapy

This is an easy choice for me. Luda's flow is always on point. His lyrics are the problem.

Luda flow used to be vicious until he was featured on Oh and it seem like every song after that mainstream wise was that flow or some variation of it.
