You've had Kendrick Lamar, Big KRIT, Jay and Kanye, Cole, Game, Yelawolf, Cyhi, and alot of other cats to tide you over in terms of lyricism, content, production, etc. I'm not stressing a Jay Elec drop because in the meantime, Common is about to drop a classic on top of all the other good music we've gotten this year.

The only similarity between Jay elec J cole and Jay Z is the J. They're musically all different, and Elec is without a doubt the most interesting of the 3. His lyrics are insane and the fact that he almost refuses to be part of the mainstream is something you got to have respect for. I'm looking forward to hearing some more from him I hope it is as experimental as the Eternal Sunshine-inspired EP.
