blackbloc;2012739 said:that what i ment when i said jay adding a verse was a bitch move, he wanted 250k for the verse that would of been half joe budget , not until the track blows up did jay add his verse basically disrespecting joe , so joe added another verse and that when jay staring to cock block his career on def jam
KingdomKame;2012905 said:of course its opinion, i mean you can quantify it with lyrics but at the end of the day thats all it is loll

Thats just business. Jay was Jay, we all know he dont jump on tracks w/ a lot of guys. The real bytch move woulda been if he DID do the remix after the song blew. H didnt, he just freestyled over it, which happens w/ a lot of great songs...And for some reason rappers always get aggy w/ that like its not part of the game
Now, Jay DID do something similar w/ Cam and Oh Boy that can be considered 'bytch'...he passed on the 'Oh Boy' beat and all around never fuked w/ Cam, but when 'Oh Boy' blew up he recorded a verse. Unsolicited, on some 'here i'll do u a favor' Cam LITERALLY had Guru erase the verse and was like fuk that ngga and his verse lol, thus you've never heard it...

blackbloc;2012965 said:cam "stole" the oh boy beat from jay , cause jay" stole" the Izzo beat
blackbloc;2012951 said:it being business doesnt change its a bitch move , jay could of been on the remix and had the track blow and gotta paid for it , instead he made no money of his so called freestyle , laying a verse for free is bad business

s2jepeka;2012997 said:U big dummy lol Do u know what a mixtape is? smh So evrybody who hopped on A Milli beat shoulda just did the official remix, huh?
And this is Jay z were talkin bout, i would assume we all know $ is not his motive in what tracks he spits on.
NeighberHoodPusher;2012973 said:i know, but dude said he passed on it
blackbloc;2013058 said:but cam didnt pass on the izzo beat he thought it. that jay jay went to the bet awards and performed, even before he had laid his verse in the studio . jay has a long history of snaking niggas
NeighberHoodPusher;2013067 said:i wasn't talking bout cam, another poster said jay passed on the oh boy beat
blackbloc;2013047 said:what mixtape was the verse on? jay doesnt need mixtape nor has he ever used them to get exposure 2003 was a diff climate then 2008 so you cant compare a milli to pump it up . also jay only rapped on official mixtapes that the roc put out under dj clue, so how did that freestyle help jay in business? that track was big but in da club was way bigger wouldn't it of made sense business wise to fresstyle over that ? your a fool if you think $ is not his motive
