Jada Overrated?, NO. He's not Top 5 dead or alive, Jada was just pulling a Lil Wayne there and trying to elevate himself. But Kiss is a extremely dope emcee. Yes at his core he's a "Punchline" emcee but he held his own against some of the greatest including Biggie, Jay, NaS, DMX and Pun. As for his LP's, yes none of them are Classic but the 1st one was a very solid 4 MIC LP. His 2nd album fell to about 3.5 MICS but he came back strong with "Last Kiss". When people say, "He can't make an LP" that's a little extreme, the issue isn't he can't make an LP, the issue is he can't make a Classic but guess what, 95% of Hip Hop can't make Classic albums which is why they are rare. Kiss got way to many hot bars for ya'll to be acting like he's some average emcee.
