The Ja love hilarious

Nah, the Ja hate is hilarious

I was a freshmen in high school 03 when this whole 50/Ja beef was poppin. I'm 27 now. How I look hating on a man over a rap beef that didn't affect me at all? That's some pure dick rider shit

And the funny thing is I became a Ja Rule fan after high school

That's your side. I respect it.

And on my end nobody NOBODY I knew respected Ja as a real rapper. Did heads rock with his radio cuts. Yeah they were catchy. That about it.

But the IC VvV is a classic, Ja a underrated spitter etc rhetoric ain't how shit was around my way but I'll let y'all have it. It's like heads gave him charity for getting demolished. He had hits and was a decent spitter at best. That about it.

I thought Ja was a fuck nigga when I was in middle school too homie. I reluctantly rocked with his radio hits

Opinions change though. After high school, I gave his albums a chance and I liked what I heard

Maybe it's the same for some others on the IC...Either way, let this man live

shit sad ja will never get love

It's all revisionist history to me. Ja had his moments that can't be denied but seriously, there's a reason he managed to drive away Jay and DMX back in the day. Now granted he bowed out thanks to people hating on the same style that is pretty much a trademark for a lot of popular rappers now.

But I don't hear no one jumping up and down for a Ja Rule comeback. Ja had his love and left his mark, most now just keep linking him to 50 who's in the same boat with him as far as his music career.

Lose the synthesizers, and this gets straight. Ja still get some of his prime '01 style with him, which isn't a bad thing.

The synthesizers take this back to 2004, tho. Good attempt, tho.

You're right. If he got rid of the synthesizers, the beat would be a lot better.

Say what you say about ja but VVV(His debut) is a classic..You can't tell me Kill em all and race against time aren't bangers..He has great songs..

its not a classic

Why he have to say 'Preme, and since I know Preme personalty'??? lol Preme and Irv crushed the Inc as bad as 50...

This sounds real amateur like, Ja's flow has all gone... I was hoping to like this aswell...

It's ok but he does sound washed.....the beat could have been better like it has been mentioned. He's always been hit or miss with me. He drops a great verse on one joint then some bullshit on another like most mid-level rappers.

The synthesizers go along wit the artwork

Its reminiscent of the background music they be playin on crime docs like the American Gangster series
