Eminem has said many times the reason why he sells so much is because he is white. Listen to White Amerikkka off his album. Second, J Cole and Kendrick went on tour with Eminem overseas so it ain't no beef.

Macklemore has acknowledge his race has played a role in his success.

The back end of the album is the heart and soul of the album imo. The front part is lyrically better but the back end is the more complete songs and soul. Joints like LOVE YOURZ, NO MORE ROLE MODELZ,etc is pure substance.
