i thought i just read her tour got canceled. nothing wrong with this move but I just dont' see it doing too much to help him get exposure at the end of the day. Shit he already been on tour with Jay and that didn't do shit. so i find it hard to believe that this will amount to anything. His audience will be mainly folks into pop. But it can't hurt at all, so go for that shit.

That was some nonsense the NY Post created, she is on track to sell out most of her dates. As for the Jay-z tour, he was at a different stage of his career back then, nobody new of dude aside from his verse on A Star is Born.

I think it's a good look, a majority of his fanbase are females, he just as to make sure he doesn't turn into one of those LL, Fab, Drake,etc type rappers who is viewed as female fanbase rappers.

For the slow kids. People rap to get money, it's a job. A job with a very short time frame. So you must maximize your earnings while you can. Trey Songz went on a tour with Jay-z and then a tour with Usher, why to get paid. The business model has changed, it's no longer about selling platinum, only about a dozen rappers have that potential. I love rap and i'm happy to see anybody be able to eat off their talents.

yeah the thing is though ri ri got the radio curse. What i mean by that is she hot on radio countdowns but she aint shit on tour. Back in the day boy bands and pop artists could sell out mad arenas just by being on the charts. Now you look at niggas like ri ri, Tao Cruz, Bruno Mars, Jason Derulo etc. they have great runs on the pop top 40 waves but niggas in this economy aint trina sell out an arena to see this bitch. Plus this bitch charging way too much for her tours and mid size markets are showing up to see her at an ampitheatre/arena which is why she had woes last year on tour.
