J.Cole problem is real simple he have yet to have a song to appeal to the masses. He got his fans from his mixtapes but he don't have no buzz really. Shit Food & Liquor had more of buzz then Cole World has. Dude gotta get something solid down cuz that Workout shit ain't working. Nigga Drake hate him or love him dude knows how to make hits. I like J.Cole but gotta step his game up far as letting his talent and skills shine.

If you constantly collab'ing with someone thats hot, how you judge the hotness of yourself ?

true. you do hav a point. it doesnt hav to be constant for j. cole because i think hes been displaying his versatility and range. hes an above average rapper w/potential.

to answer your question putting out higher quality material then your peers. not only when you collaborate but also on the solo tip. the following you generate dictates along with the quality of music create and where you (as the artist) feel you are and where you're trying to go. Out perform who you are collaborating with and compete at the highest level with your peers. thats how i feel you do that. but is it up to you as the artist to judge your own hotness? how hot you feel you are or is it the people you release the music too or a combo of both?

def feelin the avatar spitta and krit are def the best out and are among my fav artists

I used to think J. Cole was a Drake clone until I heard Small Sean and realized Cole sound nothin like Drake. Then I listened to some of his mixtapes and gave the nigga his props

So if Miniature Sean can blow with his weak wack ass Super duper giggity silly goose I do it raps, i'd be real disappointed if Cole don't

LMFAO @ the bolded. Only on the IC...only on the IC.
