So what? Dude that's a good thing and hope that some young folks see you encouraged in pursuing higher education as well. I'm not saying that degrees make a person, but in our society today, they do allow us to be actual competitors in the labor market.

OK, I watched the vid. I agree that, given that he's a rapper, it's good that he's gone to college, graduated with honors (magna cum laude is very good) and doesn't hide it. But from the lryics posted in this thread I don't think I would approve of his music (using 'hoes' as a general term for women is not cool, e.g.). But my main problem is that the T/S places so much emphasis on swag. We should be trying to downgrade the importance of having swag, not play it up. And I'm not just saying that because I have no swag. Men without swag deserve love too, especially since they're more likely to be the ones who have the kind of ambitions we should encourage.
