What are you having today?

Maybe a vegetable plate from Piccadilly.

green beans

another bean of some kind (lima, field, b.e.p.)

a leafy green (spinach, greens, cabbage)

and a starch.

How long have you been doing this?

i do it for about a week or 2 atta time, then go back to regular lunches for a week....

i'm trying to train my stomach to not need as much food to be full....

I went back to the dark side.

I got two Moes Tacos with, fresh jalpenos (not pickled), chicken, black beans, lettuce, salsa, and guacamole!

Them joints are good. Lowon calories but the Guac got tons of sodium. I need to stop eating guac.

Tomorrow I am determine to bring my lunch.

I keep a couple of boxes of those individual powders at work.

I really only like the lemonade( pink, strawberry, pomagranate, etc ) and fruit punch ones

gutta......my nig......this aint gutta.....i kno u be gettin ya swole on tho so ima ask....is it really necessary to eat like this to get ripped up.....my shit is like right there but i aint got that definition in the cuts.....i gotta eat carrots for lunch??????
