I work in a real estate office where some of the agents have their own property management companies. An agent named Amir Zee comes up to me and hands me an envelope and says "this was in my mail box". The envelope has the name of an agent who hasn't been with the company for about a year. The envelope i noticed is stamped DEC 02 2010. This nigga has had this shit in his mailbox for a year and never noticed (Amir is hardly in the office anyways). So I take it and open the envelope and theres a rent check made out to the Agent that no longer works for us.

It may be a stupid question but i'm really wondering......the check is for $900........is there any way I can cash that in without getting in any trouble from a bank or what not?? I know it doesn't have my name on the check or anything, and i heard checks expire 45 days after the date you write on it............idk if you guys would know
