The only two who come anywhere near Jim Lee are Todd McFarlane during his "Amazing Spider Man" and "Spawn" runs and Whilce Portacio during his "X-Factor" and "Uncanny X-Men" runs. Ron Lim and John Byrne are a distant third or fourth.

Some of McFarlane's work:

On two seperate occassions I've had Jim Lee autograph this poster. The first time was waaaay back in the 90's when Image first form. Jim Lee & Mark Silverstri were doing in-stores to promote the respective lines with the company. I've also had Jim Lee autograph some other X-Men I had. Rex, why did you have Jim autograph them twice"? When I moved to NYC, I left my posters. When my mother moved, the posters didn't go with with my family. Later I'll post some of the X-Men posters I had.

Last year, Marvel re-released the X-Men door sign joint, so I picked up. In December of last year Jim Lee was in-stores to promote his DC Sketch book. I bought the X-Men poster and the Marvel poster for him to sign.

This poster had Jim Lee's, Chris Claremont's and Mrk Texeria's autograph on it so far. I wish I had a camera so I could take a picture and post it.

Travis Charest has created the best Mix of realism and comic art. Great Line and sketch work look him up Wildcats Vol 1.-2.

He may have debuted one of the best Relaunches ever.

you aint lyin. til this day, the baddest muthafuckin comic cover i had ever seen was one he drew with magneto on it. my pops used to collect comics and cards, but he never let us read 'em. i remember it feeling like i was stealing my pops autographed babe ruth ball (word to sandlot)when i took one out that lil plastic slip they used to come in, so i could attempt to draw that shit as a kid

Dope shit. Im a fan of Adi Granov's art, too. He's newer, though, with a realistic looking take on characters.
