Probably depends on the context. If someone walked up to me, called me a cracker and walked away I would give no fucks, fuck I might even find it funny. But if someone called me a cracker while insulting my girl, my family... etc then I would give a fuck and depending on what was said I might catch a case.

But on its own, no most of use don't give a fuck.
