Is Reason ready to admit that Carter 4 is one of the wackest albums this year?

Usually i download a album, and find atleast one track that's worth keeping, i deleted that whole album. I even saved MEMORIES off Big Seans album, so you know Carter 4 is that bad.

Wayne needs to start writing his lyrics, because his thoughts are all over the place.

I dont get the "cant believe im saying this" in regards to Banks mixtape cause duke been a beast on the mixtape tip. Yes, C4 is awful. I listened to it like 5 times because I do that wil ecery album. The more I listened, the worse it got which is rare. Its obvious duke has nothing left to offer rap. Shit even Game manages to drop a better album. Now Im sure Baby wont allow it, but its time for Wayne to hang it up. He was never an A list talent, but its sad watching this nigga make a fool out of himself. Unquotables from websites to Twitter, niggas barking that the best track on your disc doesnt even include you, having to wear womens clothings. Whites will get tired of him by next year. Wonder what he will think about his career. I mean selling a mil in a week is his only true accomplishment.

i don't need the nigga to get personal i just need him to stop spitting pure gibberish on the mic I really think that since Manny left out there are just too many yes men around wayne and nobody is really critiquing the dudes work.

Realest statement. Im getting weary of terrible music tho i cant lie. I will give Drake some respect on trying to make a decent album, even tho the dude is mad soft, at least he is showing effort. Im so fucking dissappinted in what Wayne has begun, its funny he was my hero years ago smh...

Wayne is being dissed here for the exact same reasons his fans gravitated towards since he started the Carters. He's been stringing together random thoughts with little sprinkles of brilliance here and there. What's happened with C3 and C4 is that the Pop fans jumped on the bandwagon, now he's getting backlash from the very same people who praised him before. It's a combination of that and some people coming to the realization that he wasn't the rapper that the put him on the pedastal to be.

I think his music has become monotonous. It's only so long people can tolerate you comparing yourself to shit and toilets and buildings til they get a bit agitated. Plus he played himself out on that album. Not one song went by where he didn't set up a punchline like "life/the game is a bitch", "they say that", "we in the building" or "I'm the shit". And the hashtag punchlines didn't help either. The difference between the Wayne then and now is that before Wayne at least had the decency to switch it up once in a while. Got Money sounds nothing like Lollipop or A Milli flow wise. He just doesn't put the effort in anymore. Hell, I put in more effort typing this than he did on that whole album.

naw nigga. Wayne went from Sky Is The Limit to Lollipop. The music and the content changed.

Wayne's changed music and content like three different times throughout his career though, but now he's so called "fallen off". He went from:

Tha Block Is Hot / Lights Out Wayne to 500 Degreez / Squad Up Wayne (he went from typical CMR rapper doing sound effects now and then to a Diplomats sounding punchline rapper)

Now we have the Carter series / Dedication / Drought Wayne (no real direction song wise or musically. He just does whatever on whatever beat. Sometimes it's structured songwise and sometimes it's not. This Wayne is basically a mixed bag)
