Meaning that the shit was the greatest thing recorded but it above average. The song with Jeezy go hard, the joint with J Cole was good, Run This Town was a dope record, The song with Kudi was good. That album had some good joints on there.

But it had a lot of bad ones too. Hate was wack, the hook on Reminder was horrible, the hook for Vens vs Mars was retarded, the hook for What We Talking Bout was irritating, On To The Next One should be used as a torture method, Kanye murdered the camel on his own shit on Run This Town, Empire State Of Mind was only decent because of Alicia Keys, and Young Forever might be his worst collaboration ever.

I wish I lived in the real world too. Maybe I'm missing out.

If the Real world means listening to MMLP & BP3 around the clock Id rather just swallow a handful of nails
while jumping off a skyscraper with dynamite strapped to chest.

i disagree venus and mars was bad too. reminder was below average, what we talkin bout, on to the next one, and forever young were dope. Alicia keys did her thing but she isn't the only reason the song was good, jigga did his thing too.

If being in the real world means listening to Relapse because millions of people bought it then I rather stay on the internet.

Young Forever was horrible. First of all some nerd called Hudson was crooning for a whole minute until the camel start spittin, and then when Jay did get started his flow is off beat. Not only that, but then he tries to kick some rasta flow bullshit, too. Tryna speed up and slow down the words to make it sound right. And the last verse is unbelievably wack.

Thne you got the wack-ass hook for Venus vs Mars.

"Shawty get it in,

Daddy go hard
"

What the fuck is that shit? Shit is pathetic.

I co-sign everything but the bolded. To their merit Venus vs Mars was a great club track if nothing else.
On To The Next One is another club track. Great in the whip.

I'd like to nominate So Ambitious in it's place because of Pharrell ruining it with his retarded lyrics.

It sounded corny to me, Im not an electric-guitar lover, Im not a Rock music lover, I prefer the melodic and harmonious sounds of the Bass, the drum, and the piano chords.

I like Soul samples and harmonious vocals from Soul and Neo-Soul artists, i dont like listening to guitar riffs in my hipHop, its a personal preference,

and if thats ignorant to you then fuck you and the pale horse you rode in on.

so I take it ur not much of a Hendrix fan....

Both albums are dope as hell. As such a huge presence, Jay should distance himself from NY. Why risk slipping into "The Irrelavant Zone" like 99% of NY rappers??? I mean the NY "fans" up here love to hate him and claim NY doesn't ride with him (even though I heard from fam that Jay constantly sells out MSG in under an hour). Why even bother??
