I agree with most shit said in this thread. Canibus is too complex. That's why I wonder why his debut was so badly received. It displayed his ability to make cross-over tracks and even though album was uneven, it didn't deserve hate it got.

Canibus used to be my favorite emcee when i was younger until i grew up and realized his songs had zero point and that he rapped about nothing, Rip the Jacker is a definite classic in my opinion but that has more to do with Stoupe being a beast behind the boards than Canibus' rhyming on the album i think

He's technically interesting, but his subject matter is so unnatural and psuedo-intellectual/scientist-esque.

Just my opinion though.
