to credit krit hes been doing it soley with a def jam cosign ....

cole been doing it with a multiplat Jayz cosign

and

kendrick been doing it with a multiplat dr. dre cosign

and

if you check history most artist that link up with either jayz or dr dre put mad #s on the board .... look @ cam he hasnt put up big #s since parting ways with jayz / rocafella ............

I'm a KRIT fan, but in terms of leaders of the new school, there's Kendrick, Cole...then KRIT. However, he will NEVER EVER shit like Cole and Kendrick. A sad but true fact.
 
Not by a mile, but you can his full body of work and compare it to most new rappers. I personally think KRIT had K.Dot beat until GKMC dropped
 
Krit my fav new school cat but its hard to tell who is the leader... And as for Kendrick I think isnt gonna stayhot like he is now as lots of artist have a big hit/album they are not so much later

they def were neck and neck lol then kendrick gained alot of momentum to the point right now its like KRIT who ?? sad but true .....................

Yes, he's better than all of them. This is how I rank them.

1. KRIT has flow, lyrics, substance, he can write songs, his delivery is good enough and he can make albums.

2. Meek is dope at pretty much everything, but he can't write songs.

3. Drake has a bitch tone. If Drake spoke like a man and added more bass in his voice he would give KRIT some competition.

4. Cole is average at everything, except his delivery is lacking.

5. Kendrick has a choppy flow in which he rhymes with himself and no lyrics. The only thing he has is substance which people confuse with lyrics. People who disagree, give me one quotable from Kendrick.

6. Wale has the worst delivery ever. You can barely hear what he's saying aka he's wack.

Conclusion: KRIT is the best new school emcee.

That dude yells every song. No substance & delivery is lacking. Then you add his inability to write takes him off the list.

Lol @ delivery, his delivery is probably the best out of all the new dudes, and he does have substance. He speaks on street shit and how he made it out the hood etc. Not to mention, his pen game is actually pretty good. Did you not hear his diss against Cassidy? Dun was going in.

everyone on here knows I ride for Krit on the site but I'll be real.....he's not a leader yet.....when Krit starts realizing he's not an "underground" rapper anymore then I think we'll start to see him be accepted more. IMO if you always say you're an underground artist in all your interviews and in all your music then you will always be treated as an underground artist. If he wanted to stay underground he shouldn't have signed to Def Jam......he's in the business of selling records and singles now.....maybe he doesnt get the bigger picture lol......I also think its the people in his corner or around him.....I think his management sucks.....he's had radio friendly songs that have not found the radio he has no one pushing songs for him or at least it looks that way......

I also think its about attitude......Krit doesnt have the recognition to back it up but he has the music.....When Krit stops being "just happy to be here" or just happy people are listening he will be able to take the next step.....I think he lacks killer instint in the studio.....has all the talent in the world....just hasn't grabbed the game by its neck.......I compare him to Lebron before the first ring.....all the talent in the world to dominate....just lacked that killer instict to be the best.....I truly think thats Krits problem......He'll put out a freestyle like King 3 but he wont put that same attitude an engergy into his songs on his album or Mixtapes anymore.....I'm a huge fan but I can objective and unbiased about my favortie artist. I also think he shouldnt limit himself to being the best at country rap tunes....I'm from Texas so I appreciate that, but Krit's so much more than talking about pimpin and candy paint.....

He needs to show more attitude like this more often....
