speak for yourself homeboy. goddamn niggas assume too much.

just because YOU cant do it or choose not to, doesnt mean the next man cant.

problem is cats like you have that small mentality think 100k is a big deal... coming from someone that makes more than that... 100k STILL aint shit. i'll feel more comfortable when i pull in a quarter mil a year

show me that 50k a year backyard and then tell me more about how much better off your kids are

The amount of money isn't a big deal, it's the amount of work and time that comes with making that kind of money. I much rather make a decent salary, invest that money and have time to play with the kids, take my lady out, and have time to relax on a regular basis vs. being in the office 10hours a day, going a business trips with no real time for my family or myself.

The tradeoff isn't worth it. I'm not going to live life playing some game of how much money I can make before I die. That shit doesn't move me one bit, and like I said earlier, I'm not wired that way.

Please believe there are people that work JUST as hard if not harder to make a median salary. You acting like all jobs that pay 60k are stress free and the clock stops at 5 o'clock and all jobs that pay over 100k are nothing but grinders.

How old are you? How many kids do you actually have? Tell me more about how that 50k is going to stretch for a house, car, "investments", 2 kids and date nights.

I have something else for you to consider, INFLATION.

I'm not saying 50k isnt a decent salary for someone, just not for ME.

On average, that is the case... and it works out just fine if you have a woman who also has a career. 2 people bringing in 50/60K is more than enough to live well off.

Good credit handles the car and the house (just buy some shit YOU KNOW you can pay off with your credit card and pay it all off the minute the bill comes to build credit).

Inflation gets handled with 401Ks, and IRAs. (If you work for a decent company, they match up to a certain percentage. If you do your homework you can make educated decisions on which kind of stocks to invest in or get a financial planner that knows what he or she is doing until you have time figure it out.)

Then from there you budget your money correctly (use coupons, stop eating out all the time, cut down on gym membership costs, buy in bulk etc.)

yeh..

a hunnidK really aint shit..

wasnt gonna say it.. but since u brought it up. hahahaha

im good in TX .. in cali... the struggle is real lol

100 k in Texas is decent I would assume. Plus no state tax is a plus...

but 750k sounds damn better. And on and on..

90% thought. 10% work.

Rich people not gonna tell cats how to get rich especially not ones that show no promise and has the mind of a sheep. Cause they not on the same mindset.

I'm still hungry for more after i cracked a 100

find some ambition niggas!

you sound like the bf.

But with that paycheck comes more responsibility, you have to admit.

Just boils down to how much of your life you're willing to dedicate to the grind.

Personally, I'd rather just be satisfied with living a more modest lifestyle than to be on an electronic leash ALL the time.

And just like I tell him, PAYNE, not everybody is you..and that's okay too.

Who says we have to spend our lives striving to make as much money as possible?

damn, cant believe yall still arguing over this and passionately, good shit. I still think the 30k range good for me right now but best believe I am always trying to do better.

uh huh... but you know DAMN well with 30k/year you probably aint checking for a cat.. and something tells me that his ambition attracted your 'i wanna speak out of turn' ass

Yes.. there is a lot more responsibility for getting paid higher wages.. as there should be.

like i said before, 50k = modest for someone, not for me. i want more. i want enough money to pretend im republican!

and its PAIN. Please spell the "i".

He wasn't even making that when I met him though.

To be honest he was bouncing back from a rough spot when we got together. Didn't even have a car. Caught the bus to make our first date.

But smart bitches look at potential, and I knew he had it.

I'm just saying, it takes all types to make the world go round. I have respect for anybody that's getting their ass up and trying to make some type of living.

PAIN. :)

Either way bruh, u my best friend and I can't seat back and let this go down

What's ya HR and Payroll department #?

Or do u want send them a certified letter from the mail room?

man 30k is a trap for being in that Rat Race...

30k plus another 30K from your own is something you should seek..or just that 30k from your own...

If I can, taking 30K from some other employer..I can't smh..shit is almost slavery...

seat back.

@"major pain"‌

Fryguy isn't even making 30K..lol.

Besides, just cause you're not making 6 figures doesn't mean you're a fry cook.

My point was that there is more to life and being a well rounded person than a 6 figure salary.

Too many men act like financial success is all there is to being a worthy man and I just couldn't disagree more.

Having money is nice, don't get me wrong, but it's certainly not the be all end all.

My goal is kinda large this year. I'm still bouncing, so that's an extra 1000 a month, if I do personal security for an artist it's about 1500-2000 per day. I try to get a 7500 contract every month. Smaller jobs pay about 2000-4500 a month. And that's just 2 of my jobs. My other shit varies, spring line always jumps, summer too. Hopefully by July I will have made 50,000.

FOH

Ya local Stop and Shop ain't throwing no damn 1500 @‌ day

Hopefully by July I will have made 50000.....

Yeah 50k Walgreens points. So u get a free flu shot come October. Great
