i look myself in the mirror . right in the eyes and i say to myself you are made for this. its your time take whats yours. sometime i have to repeat it but i dont leave home untill i believe it

Practice on things you may know that you will be asked...have a made up response handy...so you wont be with that "Uh and Um" shit...shit is sad to hear grown folks pause by saying "uhh" smh

How do u answer the question...whats your biggest weakness?

My biggest strengths are my vision and resiliency. If I am confident in my approach to a goal, I am able to easily brush off mistakes and fumbles that occur. That sometimes works against my interests, however, because I fail to realize how other people need an extra push in order to overcome failure. Since I've recognized it, I have made it a point to get to know members of my team and how they respond to successes and failures in order to properly aide them in overcoming adversity and properly celebrating their victories.

How about you interview them as well bruh?

Oh yeah, i definitely got my questions on deck. It's more of a nerves thing cuz it's so different. going from K street to the Hill is a tough transition b/c of the nature of the work. Instead of focusing on one issue/bill I'm focusing on 100 bills.

lol fam you got that shit

You gotta make sure you're the best you can be. Wake up early, hit the gym for a bit and get your test levels raised for the day. That always helps with confidence. Make sure your hair, teeth and all that is in check. Before you leave the house look at yourself in the mirror and analyze whether or not you could have done better to prepare. When you feel that you got everything handled and you've done your best the confidence will come.

Of course when you do all that and still get rejected it hits the ego a little harder

1.) Bring copies of your resume for 3-5 people. Use the resume to highlight your specific skills.

2.) If you're asked about a skill or system you don't know, the correct answer is always: "I will have to learn that area but in my previous position as (position here), I had to learn (blah, blah, blah) and was able to do it quickly.

3.) Always remember. They are interviewing you because they are interested in hiring you. It's yours to win. Good luck.
