Lawrence in the first season and his behavior is something I'm shocked more women haven't picked up on seeing as how many of y'all been begging for a black male character to be shown like he was. First season was a damn good portrayal of what happens to some mens ego and how other areas of your life suffer when you can't provide the way you've always been told as a man you should have. Nigga did everything the "right" way and still was getting the short end of the stick...then on top of that the woman he loves and invested years loses confidence in him smashes not only another nigga but another nigga who is making the moves he wished he was. All the while turning down a woman who is offering him the support he needed to keep pushing through a rough patch. Of course the nigga was depressed...but all some of y'all see is a bum ass nigga who should forgive Issa for cheating....
