That Neon power is pretty etherous. Especially when level up to get the endless dash for it. You can run circles round the enemies with it and they lose track of you.

To me, the powers feel stronger on the evil side. When you air drop on muthafucka these bitches evaporate and shit. It's easier to build up the Karma bomb too cause you don't get penalized for wiping out everybody in a fight so now I'm blowing up all vehicles around enemies and shit to take niggas out.
