I have The Salvation, it's a nice album, it's the only music that I have from him though, apart from when he's appeared with DJ. K.O. and others.

He's just said that he's in the studio working on Detox... shame he's wasting his time on an albums that's never coming out lol (I joke).

I understand him, but I think I'd prefer him in the underground for ten years staying true to himself, I don't want him to change and flake out.

I've never been an underground head but I did give Eligh - Grey Crow a listen (thanks to the posts on this forum actually haha) and I ended up buying the deluxe on iTunes not long after.

Great shout, awesome album, my favourite of 2010 I guess then. Any others like that I can look into?

PROPS! Great album and the deluxe edition is amazing! Instrumentals are all top :tu

There's loads of albums that you would enjoy here, just keep looking, one that I'd recommend to a new head is CYNE's Evolution Fight, you seem to like the conscious rhymes of Eligh and I think CYNE are a group who were searching on that album more than any other. But check out the £100 thread that's on the front page, I've dropped quite a lot of information there so read over that too.

Of course the sound is more dated in comparison, but drop some Artists that you already like and I'll recommend others from there, or explain why you like Eligh's album more and then I'll understand the sound you'll enjoy better.

Yeah, some of the instrumentals are mindblowing. I thought the bonus tracks weren't the best but having all the instrumentals made up for it.

Those songs posted are pretty good; I'll look out for the others at some point. Like I said, not really an underground head but I guess I've never been pointed in the right direction.

I'll check out that other thread too.

(and as for stuff I like; Madvillain, Dilla, I liked the Blackstar work too. I haven't really heard that much so yeah, I'm sure there'll be more stuff I'll like too)
