I honestly never thought I'd be living in Brooklyn, or anywhere near NY. The 12-year-old me would throw rocks at the grownup me if I told him where I stay now.

Also, I never would thought that playing the trumpet back in 4th grade would take to all the places it did throughout the years, or that I'd become so proficient in music as a whole. That whole NBA All-Star game experience was really the pinnacle of my music playing, as far as playing somewhere "cool."

I hear you, when I was little I thought that I would attend university out of state but I didn't. But now I think of leaving CT all the time.
