Jay's delivery in 2013 is terrible. Lyrics fell off. Drake is superior in that regard as evidenced by the song he just dropped. Jay still got a couple flows in him so maybe you can call that a tie. Drake's last album is better than anything Jay put out in at least 5 years. And Drake makes way better songs. So not sure what rap category Jay is better in. I'm a fan of both Jay and Drake so I'm being objective. Meanwhile, it's known stans in here that are showing their true colors. This was just a survey thread to see who is blinded by hate and who still got Jigga cizock all in their mizouth. If you were a real Jay fan you wouldn't even fuck with the shit he been puttin out.
