The logical flaw was made by you for assuming that both of these things can't be true when they don't contradict with one another due to them taking place nearly 20 years apart.

If she killed people when she was 8 does not mean she's too classy to be fighting people in her mid 20's.

If memory serves me correctly (and it does) the person in Vincenzo's sig wasn't a member of this site so that correlation isn't quite as good as the one between Moreno and Real Lady since they're both members of this site. Also, Vincenzo's banning was more recent which would make it more effective for determining the punishment you deserve since that particular incident is better representative of the new rules of the site
