In my little city the haves and the have nots clearly don't mix.
The haves live in the north and west side of town and the have nots live on the south side of town.
It takes nothing more than a drive to the south side to see the urban decay.
Certain areas you go to and see obvious drug addicts roaming the streets and so forth.
While the north and west side of town develop no big chain businesses set foot over there in the south side.
Area is full of liquor stores on every corner and bail bonds offices.
