yes you can ... you can have animated gifs in your avi as long as the file size is small enuff (unless they changed it recently). there's a gif in the stash spot thread that fits in avi's

its the one with the stick figure humping the words "your mom" ... ive seen atleast one poster use it

the problem with tryin to get a gif in your avi is the fact that the acceptable size is so small that you have to either cut the gif short or make it really small in size to get it to fit the file size requirement

thats a considerable amount of work .... ill tell you what, eventually im gonna get the "how to make an animated gif" tutorial up. im also gonna take some requests for gifs that people want to see made. but right now im too busy with work and some other things im doing like coaching and authoring dvds
