Nah dawg, if PPD has good leads on the suspects, they just go talk to 'em on the res, the cops on the res will round 'em up and if they have reason to believe that they were involved they'll get extradited to the US and turned over to PPD.

About 10 years ago a chick and her man murdered a dude in the sw valley not too far from where I was living at the time. They were Gila River, and after they killed the dude and robbed him they took his car back to the res. PPD and the Gila River cops got it arranged and the couple was arrested on the res by Gila River, then got extradited to Phoenix to face murder charges. I remember the prisoner exchange going down in the parking lot of a Circle K near the res.
