tell me what the hell artest has done really, besides game 7 of the finals in 2010?

I mean, don't get me wrong, I like Artest... But, he has to go... He just gets the ball and looks worse than anybody I've ever seen on the fast break.. it looks uncomfortable... Like he's a little retarded kid telling himself "I can do this!"....

Where was his defense in the Dallas series?

The Lakers need shooters and people that play smart... Artest can make a 3 here and there when he's not scared to take it, but they need a pure shooter.. They need athletes... If Artest was smarter and knew how to play his role and not try to do too much, sure you can keep em.. But he obviously will never learn his limitations.

~gotta keep Artest, because his defense is unparalleled...no matter how much the popularity contests, at season's end, refuse to acknowledge his impact
~gotta keep Shannon Brown, because he understands his role and the efficiency he has to focus on it, specifically...his mental is where Kobe's is and he compliments Kobe perfectly plus his defensive is above-avg...which is vital come late-playoff rounds
~gotta keep DFisher...just because.........well........just because!
~gotta keep Matt Barnes...because once he's comfortable with a team, his Artest-like competitiveness comes out; they'd make a great combo to run, from time to time ...it'll be a priceless defensive scheme to pull on teams from time-to-time
~gotta try to package Gasoft plus some *and/or's* like Blake JSmith Caracter Luke & __________ , to ORL, for DHoward...or else...try to find the team with those assets which ORL, most covets, then gain those assets for Gasol Blake etc...then work it out for getting Howard from ORL

We agree on some things, but this is the worst post I've ever seen... I guarantee you 99% of lakers fans are saying get rid of barnes and fisher... You cant keep someone, "just cus", that's fuckin stupid.... If they want somebody for sentemintal value that can't play worth a shit, bring magic out of retirement.
