Hell naw. Look at it this way. Most NFL RB's may put up 4 yards or so or less a carry. You're not them (no one up here is), so let's put you at 1-2 yards a carry (which is generous). You think you're built for poundin the rock 25-50 times in a game? Your body or spirit would break before you broke 50.
