I count Lost Tapes as an album because...it's a great album, regardless of it being leftover tracks from I Am.. and Stillmatic sessions. If you're judging Jay-Z's consistency on his popularity then yeah, i cosign. But musically Hov doesn't outclass Nas in consistency.
